Ligisoo operates on a subscription model. By purchasing a Pro pass (Weekly, Monthly, or Annual), you gain exclusive access to the premium insights, analytics, and community-generated opinions posted by our Top 10 Analysts.
2. How are Top Analysts ranked?
Our Top Analysts are ranked based on their historical performance and the community's engagement with their content. The platform algorithmically evaluates their track record to highlight the most consistent and insightful creators.
3. Can I get a refund if an analyst's prediction is wrong?
No. All subscription payments are final. Ligisoo is a platform for User-Generated Content (UGC) and independent opinions. We do not verify the underlying methodology of the analysts, and we offer absolutely no guarantee of accuracy or financial return. You are paying for access to information and community insights "as is."
4. How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed directly through your M-Pesa account and our automated billing system. You can view your subscription status and manage your account by navigating to your Profile Dashboard.
